After 2 full priced offers, this 1600 foot home sold for $3,295,000, or $2,059.00 / a square foot. In addition to being the principal and developer on the project, Ryan also represented and negotiated the listing side of the sale, which is the current highest price ever paid in Carmel for a home without an ocean view.
